On January 10, 2023, Gov. Kim Reynolds signed Executive Order 10, which puts a moratorium on certain administrative rulemaking and requires a thorough review of all existing administrative rules.
Pursuant to this Order, the Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission will review its existing administrative rules. For more information on the review requirements and scheduling of this Order, visit the Iowa Department of Management website.
