The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission maintains a full and complete list of approved fantasy contests, pursuant to Iowa Administrative Rule 14.9. Any contest offering not explicitly stated in the list that a fantasy sports operator would like to offer must be submitted to the Commission for investigation and approval.
