Red Tape Review
Pursuant to Executive Order 10, the Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission will be reviewing it's existing Administrative Rules in accordance with the information posted by the Iowa Department of Management. In accordance with the schedule provided for in this information, the Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission's review will take place as part of the December 31, 2026 review.
