In accordance with 99F.7A, the Commission issues licenses to conduct sports wagering to those entities licensed to operate other forms of gambling at Iowa casinos. The casino facilities may enter into an agreement with outside entities to offer sports wagering, either as a retail sports wagering vendor for on-premise sports wagering operations, or as an advance deposit sports wagering operator to offer online sports wagering operations.
